The Celebrate Birthing program is designed to allow you to unlock your ability to determine how deeply relaxed you will be as you are labouring and giving birth.  It is also designed to give you the ability to release physical discomforts, beliefs, and ideas that keep you from completely enjoying your pregnancy, birth, and parenthood.  

The Celebrate Birthing program is based on the following ideas:

1)  During birth, the body desires to do what it already knows how, just as it did during the entire pregnancy up until the moment labour started. You experience and practice a medical hypnosis technique that can take you so deeply relaxed that it has been used for surgery with patients that are allergic to anesthesia.  Using this technique, you can take yourself into deep relaxation with the flip of a "switch".  You can even have your eyes open and be completely alert.  You choose how and when you use the relaxation, and how deeply relaxed you go. As you practice the deep relaxation, you get better at making choices and determinations that come from your "gut" or that "quiet voice within".

2)  Anyone can learn the simple art of EFT/MTT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) for release of emotional/physical discomforts.  You learn to apply EFT to discomforts during pregnancy as well as during  labour and birth.  You also learn to use EFT to release any fears/doubts or limiting beliefs about your pregnancy, birth, and parenting.

3)  The Law of Attraction states that whatever we focus our thoughts and emotions on, becomes what we experience.  You first learn to create the pregnancy and birth that you desire, then you combine those ideas with the EFT to neutralize any stoppers that could keep you from those intentions.
